Data Deletion Instructions

How to remove your data from Octupost, fully or per account.

Disconnect a single social account

  1. Sign in to Octupost at app.octupost.com.
  2. Go to Accounts.
  3. Select the account and choose Disconnect / Remove.

This immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that account. You can also revoke Octupost's access from the platform's side: Facebook/Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites; Google/YouTube → Google security settings; TikTok → Settings → Security → Apps and services.

Delete your entire account and all data

Email contact@octupost.com from the email address registered to your Octupost account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your Octupost account, all stored access tokens, account metadata, and composed/scheduled content within 30 days, and confirm by email when done. Deletion is free of charge.

Note: content already published to your social media accounts lives on those platforms and is not deleted by deleting your Octupost data — manage it directly on each platform.
