Quick Start

Navigate to Social Accounts: Open the Social Accounts page in the app.

Select Your Platform: Choose the platform you want to link (e.g., YouTube).

Link Your Account: Click the "Link Account" button and follow the prompts provided.

Choose Your Language: Select your preferred language before completing the linking process.

Get Started: After linking, you're ready to start sharing your content!

Upload Your Video: Ensure the video length is 15 minutes or less.

Select Original Video Language: Use the dropdown to indicate the video's original language.

Select Target Languages: Choose one or multiple languages you'd like your video processed into.

Enable AI Dubbing (Optional): Turn this on if you want AI-generated voice-over translations. Leave it off if you prefer only subtitles.

Enable Subtitles (Optional): Toggle this on to include subtitles. If off, the app will generate only AI dubbing.

Select a Voice: Choose and preview available voices for your selected languages.

Click “Next”: Proceed to confirm your selections.

Confirm Credits: Review the credits required, then start the processing.

Customize Subtitles (If Enabled): Adjust the subtitle style or text if desired, and preview different languages.

Export or Share: Click “Export” or “Share” to embed your subtitles.

Confirm Embedding: Select languages for final subtitles, confirm credits usage, and wait for completion.

Enjoy Your Processed Video: Your video, now with subtitles and/or AI dubbing, is ready to share!

Preview Videos by Language: Use the “Language Dropdown” to switch and preview videos in different languages.

Export Without Sharing (Optional): To download without sharing, click “Export All” in Octupost.

Caption Your Videos: Add captions manually or generate using AI.

Translate Captions for Multiple Posts: Click “Translate to All” to simultaneously translate captions into enabled languages. Remember, add titles for platforms like TikTok.

Confirm and Wait: Click “Confirm” and allow up to one minute for translations.

Select Social Media Tabs: Go to each social platform tab you want to publish content to, and check the box to confirm.

Fill Out Platform-Specific Fields: Complete necessary fields (e.g., Privacy settings, Category), which differ per platform.

Choose Channels: Select channels or accounts you wish to share your videos to.

Repeat for Each Platform: Perform selections and settings individually for each social media platform.

Heed Warnings: Pay attention and complete all required fields highlighted by warnings.

Note: Facebook and Instagram are currently unsupported but will be added soon.

Apply Settings to All (Optional): Configure once, then click “Apply to All” to duplicate these settings across languages. Or set individually via dropdown.

Share Your Content: Once ready, click “Share” to publish content.

Final Review: Verify selected languages and platforms before finalizing.

Wait for Completion: Allow the app to complete publishing videos across your chosen platforms.
Now you're all set—enjoy sharing your newly processed and localized videos!
